Steve McNeer, Vice President of The Bank of Monroe, has successfully served the financial needs of our community since 1981. Steve is a graduate of The WV Banking School, as well as The Stonier Graduate School of Banking. With over 29 years of lending experience, he has the knowledge and expertise to assist you with all of your consumer, commercial, and real estate loan needs.
Roger Caulkins, Assistant Vice President of Lending, joined The Bank of Monroe in 1997. Having attended the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, Roger serves as a mortgage loan originator, as well as a consumer and commercial lender in our Union office. With professionalism and determination, he can help you reach your goals with your loan needs.

Michele Morgan came to The Bank of Monroe in 2016 and has 10 years of banking experience. Michele assists lenders in our Lewisburg location with loan processing, as well as helping our customers with consumer loans.
Knowing and understanding the needs of our communities, and striving to meet those needs are Todd Ramboldt’s main goals. Todd joined The Bank of Monroe in 2014 after working for three years in the Agriculture sector. He was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President of Lending, and was selected for the West Virginia Bankers Association Emerging Leaders Program. Todd can assist you in all aspects of lending, including agricultural, commercial, and consumer real estate and installment loans.
Cathy Pittsenbarger has worked in lending since 1988, beginning with consumer loans and advancing to real estate loans in 1990. As a loan officer for The Bank of Monroe since 2015, she assists our entire lending staff through the preparation, processing, and closing on real estate loans. Cathy can also help you with any loan need you may have.
