MOBILE BANKING

    EASY ACCESS...as simple as:

  1. Customer must be enrolled in Online Banking.
  2. Customer will go to the Play Store, Amazon for Kindles or the APP store for iPhones on their phone or tablet and install the Bank of Monroe Mobile application.
  3. Customer will enter the same user ID and password as they use for OLB.
  4. Checking account must be opened for 30 days before making a deposit.
  5. Customer will access online banking for SMS alerts and setting up or changing bill payee information.
  6. If you lock your account by using your phone, please log in to your online banking.  It will take 24 hours from the last lock out to reset your phone due to security.

 The Bank of Monroe will never call and ask you for your private information nor ask you to enroll for any of our products.  Be mindful that criminals are out to access your information everyday through means of the internet or by phone.  Be careful where you click or if you receive calls asking questions about your private information.  The Bank of Monroe will continue to use layers of security to protect your privacy.
